1. Mechanism of Action (MOA)
Tetrapeptide-30 is a biomimetic peptide specifically engineered to target multiple pathways involved in periorbital hyperpigmentation (dark circles) and puffiness. Its mechanism includes:
Downregulates key melanogenic enzymes (e.g., tyrosinase, TRP-1) via modulation of the MITF pathway. Reduces UV-induced and post-inflammatory pigmentation around the eyes.
Blocks the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs), which contribute to yellowish discoloration under the eyes.
Strengthens capillary walls and reduces vascular leakage, minimizing hemoglobin-derived pigmentation (hemosiderin deposition).
Promotes fluid clearance by supporting lymphatic function, reducing under-eye puffiness.

Non-irritating (HRIPT validated), non-comedogenic, and suitable for sensitive skin.
Stable in pH 4.5–7.5; compatible with niacinamide, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid.
Avoid strong oxidizing agents and high concentrations of ionic surfactants.
Concentration: 20–100 ppm (0.002%–0.01%) in final product.
Optimal Dose: 50 ppm for clinically proven efficacy.
Applicable Products: Eye creams, serums, gels, masks, brightening and anti-fatigue formulations.

Targets melanogenesis, glycation, vascular leakage, and puffiness simultaneously.
Proven to reduce dark circles and under-eye bags in 8 weeks.
Water-soluble, odorless, and easy to formulate.
