The hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether series is a pharmaceutical-grade solubilizer suitable for use in mouthwashes. It contains no solvents and, through special optimization, disperses easily in cold water without clotting or clumping. The resulting solution has high transparency and does not exhibit blue light, preserving the original taste of the product.
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is a versatile nonionic surfactant that delivers exceptional solubilization and emulsification for cosmetic formulations. As a high-HLB (14-16) ingredient, this pharmaceutical-grade component enables stable integration of fragrances, essential oils, and active ingredients into water-based skincare, cleansers, and makeup products.
Forms micellar structures to dissolve oil-soluble components in aqueous systems, resolving oil-water incompatibility.
As a non-ionic emulsifier, it prepares oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions or microemulsions, enhancing formula stability and preventing oil-phase separation.

Recommended Usage: 0.2-5%
Depending on the substance being solubilized, the ratio of the solubilizer to the substance ranges from (5:1) to (3:1). Once thoroughly mixed, the solution can be added to water and stirred until fully dissolved.
